Gabrielle Amette
Gabrielle was born and raised in San Juan Capistrano, California, has spent significant time living in San Diego and New York, and has traveled quite a bit throughout Europe. She is passionate about all things food related, traveling, new experiences, outdoor activities and generally enjoying life to the maximum. Having volunteered at The Ecology Center in the past, Gabrielle was extremely pleased to return in January as a full-time member of the team. She holds a degree in Therapeutic and Community Psychology.
