The Uni High Care Project Presents: Cards for Hope (For All Ages)
The University High School's Care Project provides laminated quilts of cards filled with positive, uplifting messages of hope, healing, inspiration and encouragement to children who are living in crisis. These children who are facing being orphaned, abuse, neglect, natural disaster or other difficult situation often struggle with feeling that they have no future, hope or value. Many of these children have not even heard that they can believe in their potential and that they have worth and value. Others may see the uplifting messages as a reason to smile and know that there are other people who are aware of some of their struggles and have tried to reach out to them. Receiving a beautiful card quilt filled with these messages can be an important part of their healing.
The laminated card quilt posters are provided to My Stuff Bags Foundation, Olive Crest Homes and Services for Children, Miller Children’s Hospital of Long Beach, and Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
Join us in helping these kids living in crisis by making cards of hope, healing and inspiration.
