Smiling Monkey Yoga Presents: Baby and Me Yoga
For all parents & guardians and children 0 months up to three years old. Join us on Tuesdays & Fridays at 11am and Sundays at 3pm.
Come enjoy spending time with others while doing yoga! This class is a wonderful way to bond with your little one, get to know other parents and exchange parenting tips. No previous yoga experienced required. Yoga mats provided.
By participating in this program you are providing weekly yoga classes to Human Options, a local domestic violence agency dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence by providing a safe haven and life changing programs to help abused women and their families so that they can rebuild their lives.

Fee
- $12 per person or $10 each for families/ groups of 3 or more.
- 5 class cards are available for $50 and 10 class cards are available for $90.
