Orange County Museum of Art Presents: The Art of Being in Nature (all ages, families welcome)

This is a hands-and-feet-on workshop where participants will explore the surrounding landscape. The workshop will begin with a guided nature walk through Aldrich Park, just across the footbridge from the Center for Living Peace. During the nature walk, you will participate in sound explorations, drawing exercises, and mindful observations. Materials gathered on the walks will be brought back to the studio at the Center and transformed into personal and meaningful artistic statements on our connection to nature and our local landscape. The more connected we are to nature and to our wellspring of creativity, the more wellbeing we feel, so make this class a part of your Saturday. This workshop is for children, teens, and adults of all ages. Bring the whole family! For more information on the Orange County Museum of Art, please visit www.ocma.net.
