“Language for Young Leaders: Agents of Change” prepares you for effective leadership, creating positive change in your school, community and other areas of your life where you wish to be an Agent of Change!  Positive, confident and persuasive leaders today make BIG CHANGES in the world tomorrow! Be the change you wish to see in the world! 

Throughout our workshops, young people practice skill-building through lively presentation, role-play, one-on-one coaching, age-appropriate breakout groups and workbook exercises.

In our highly interactive workshops you learn how to polish a positive self-image and to then use it to take proactive responsibility for meeting your own needs.  You find ways to sharpen your own unique point of view and to learn the skills of communicating it effectively. 

You become skilled at listening – first, listening sincerely for understanding and, then, using your new skills to make yourself understood.  Amazingly, you discover that effective confrontation, can serve as a positive tool for mutual understanding, ultimately working to prevent conflict.

We coach you in conflict resolution skills based on a win-win approach in which all sides get their needs met.  You learn how to lead people, individually and collectively, through such a win-win process.

Finally, you gain insight into setting priorities, developing short and long term action plans and effectively assessing your results.
