5 Element Qigong & Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, with Ryan Lee (for adults)
Qigong is a system of correlated movements and breathing that help to strengthen and stabilize the heart, mind and body's energy flow. This ancient practice of meditative movement is a form of Chinese yoga, very similar to Kundalini yoga. Qigong is the most practiced form of exercise in the world! And is a great medium for people who have little or no background in yoga yet an interest in meditation.
